We are delighted to announce that our dentist Dr Fayaz Ladak has been awarded the Six Month Smiles recognised provider logo. This is only given to dentists with a growing base and particular interest in the provision of cosmetic braces for their patients. Dr Ladak is a level I and level II recognised provider for 6MS.
Six month smiles is a revolutionary combination of proven orthodontics techniques, modern materials and innovative thought. It uses specialised clear braces to gently move the teeth in an average of just six months. It is typically less expensive than traditional braces, aligner therapy and veneers.
The key components of the treatment are the use of tooth coloured nickel titanium wires with translucent brackets. The primary focus is to gently move the teeth in the smile line, that is, the teeth we show when we talk, laugh and smile.

In May 2019, Fastbraces® Technology held their annual Gala dinner in Dallas, Texas, USA, the birthplace of this orthodontic system. Dr Ladak was invited to attend and was awarded the title of ‘Senior Master Provider’ for their system, recognising him as an expert provider. This was another very proud moment for Dr Ladak and for us at P.R.Jones and Associates to see our dentist recognised on an international stage.
Our practice has been approved as a member of the British Dental Association (BDA) Good Practice Scheme for the eight year running! This proves that our practice is committed to working to standards set by our profession national association. The scheme is an innovation devised by the BDA so that dentists can ensure that they are providing patients with the best care available and patients will know what service to expect from their dentist.
